Dining Room

  I walked in the Garden this morning, and later in the evening I found my

way to the Dining Room. I can't believe I know my way around here. I am not able 

to leave the Palace witihout the King knowing. It seems the servants know all

the secrets and what's happening. The king loves to eat and when I went to sit

down, I see all this beautiful food in front of me.  It smells so good, but never

seen it before. It seems cold, the cooks are rushing to the dining room, but 

the kitchen is on the other side of the palace. Each apartments area has their

ktichen. The king likes to dine in different parts of the palace.

 I opened my eyes, and I am in the Garden of the Palace of Versaille. It's so big with beautiful water fountains, with bronze horses. I am walking around, and the garden has a beautiful design that is encircling the Palace. I am walking in a gown during the early morning. I see a few people walking. There are so many water fountains, I can hear the soothing water.  I see the King on a horse near the palace with his dogs and some men. I believe he is going hunting with someone I  know. I don't know how I know this, I still can't believe I am here.

Palace of Versaille.

  Palace of Versaille 1789 I was sleeping, and I opened my sleepy eyes and what! I am in the Hall of Mirrors. I can't believe where I am! I see beautiful people in elegant clothing. The women are wearing short sleeves bodice, bared shoulders and lace corset with skirts that have three petticoats. I look down and I am wearing a lace corsett, a red beautiful gown. Everyone is wearing gold and diamond. The room is beautiful,  too grand. Beutiful design of the past battles on the wall. There is silver chandeliers with candles lighting the room. I hear people speaking french and  laughing in my ear. I hear beautiful violine music and see dancing. The windows are clear like crystal. I can't believe I am here, I thought I was in my room in Virginia. I hear a conversation of the vast apartments in the palace, and each unit  vary in size. Introduction

 Palace of Versaille has always interest me. I am fascinated of how the Royals live. My dad said, "they live like us," but naaa. I think there was more to it. King Louis XIV built Versaille outside of Paris, to govern and rule the people. He kept all the important people,"the court." My blog will show  a glimpse of the  beauty and power that King Louis XIV had on his people. The palace wasn't  comfortable, but really for appearance and power.  King Louis XIV wanted to hold the power, and show it by the parties, the food, the hunting, the art, the garden, clothing, and who he chooses to be next to him. If I could go back in  time, I would probably be speechless and be so excited I would want to stay. Visitez le chateau de Versailles avec moi!!
